(English Minor requirements are listed below. Follow these links for the English with a Concentration in Cultural Studies  or English with a Concentration in Global Literature  major requirements.)

Students must complete all of the following requirements in addition to the requirements for a bachelor of arts major to graduate with this minor. Some courses may apply toward multiple requirements.

Minor Requirements:

Total minor units: 5

Five Units in English And/Or Creative Writing Courses:

  • A minimum of two units of 200-level English courses
  • A minimum of two units of 300-level English courses
  • A maximum of one unit of creative writing
