Students must complete all of the following requirements to graduate with a bachelor of arts in this program. Some courses may apply toward multiple requirements.
Proficiency in a non-English language, demonstrated by one of the following:
Successful completion of Reed non-English language courses: ⇒ Two units in one language, and two units in another OR ⇒ Four units in one language OR ⇒ One unit at the 300 level or higher
Committee approval of language courses taken elsewhere.
Committee approval following an individual assessment of language proficiency.
