PSY 242 - Human Sexuality Human sexual behavior serves various purposes beyond procreation, including pleasure, intimacy, affiliation, and profit. In this course, we will consider how sexual identities develop over time, through childhood, adolescence, and into adulthood. We also will examine the boundaries society puts on sexuality and sexual expression through norms, laws, and social conventions. Our exploration will delve into the multifaceted aspects of human sexuality and its connection to our psychology.
